What Causes Type 2 Diabetes

Hi, Dr. Spages here. So I want to go a bit deeper into the topic of what causes type two diabetes. So you probably remember from the webinar that you hear this kind of false narrative that, oh, it’s your genetics, or maybe it’s your weight or it’s your diet, you need some special diet, which we all know isn’t true, because there are people with bad diets, and they’re not diabetic. And we know people with really good diets, and they can’t lose weight, and they’re full blown diabetic.

So there’s got to be something underneath it. And in my experience, one of the most common things about diabetics, and it’s actually very accurate, is that you actually have layers to the disease. Meaning if you look at your diabetes, it’s kind of like an onion, and it goes layer by layer by layer. For instance, one of the biggest and most important layers of the type two diabetic is something called insulin resistance. And this is where sugar cannot get into the cell of your body.

So this is the cell, and my pen is sugar. The sugar has got to get into the actual cell, and as a type two diabetic, your body has resistance to it. Now, if you can figure out what is causing your insulin resistance, then it can answer a pretty critical question of what would necessarily have to happen for your opportunity to actually reverse your type two diabetes. So in our consultation, we’ll be going over this. We’ll be talking about a lot of other things.

And remember, your body is born to heal. All right, I look forward to meeting you very soon, and have a good rest of your day. Take care.

I’m skeptical because I have spent too much money on stuff with guarantees I can reverse type 2 diabetes. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose and I don’t eat terrible to start with
