- 2 8 oz. cans of tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger root
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup almond meal
Mix together all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
Form them into 4 patties
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a médium skillet over médium heat.
Add the patties and Brown them on both sides.
Serve on Gluten Free bread or Lettuce Wrap
