Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 2 8 oz. cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger root
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
Instructions
Directions:
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Form them into 4 patties
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a médium skillet over médium heat.
  4. Add the patties and Brown them on both sides.
  5. Serve on Gluten Free bread or Lettuce Wrap
