  • 6 free range chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp. melted ghee or Nutiva Butter Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Grade A Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted ghee/Nutiva, mustard, maple syrup, paprika and salt.

  3. Completely coat the chicken fillets in the sauce.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the chicken on both sides.
  5. Place the fillets onto the cooking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Be sure they are cooked through. Serve.
