- 6 free range chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp. melted ghee or Nutiva Butter Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. Grade A Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp. paprika
- Sea salt to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted ghee/Nutiva, mustard, maple syrup, paprika and salt.
- Completely coat the chicken fillets in the sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the chicken on both sides.
- Place the fillets onto the cooking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Be sure they are cooked through. Serve.
